Where can I get Wichtelmorgen?
On Google Play for Android and in the App Store for iPhone. The app is free to download, and the first 5 days are free.
What happens to my child’s name?
The names and your plan are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us.
Can I use Wichtelmorgen on more than one device?
Yes, on all devices with the same Apple ID or Google account. In the app, go to “More” and tap “Restore purchases”.
We need a refund.
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. You’ll find how to request a refund on our help page.
We have more than one child.
Each child gets their own plan with their own pranks, tasks and letters, for up to four children. You switch between them at the top of the app. The full version covers all children.
What if I don’t have time in the evening?
Tap “No time today?”. The app suggests a prank that’s ready in three minutes, or an emergency letter that needs no preparation at all.
What age is Wichtelmorgen for?
For children from about 2 to 8 years. You choose the age in the profile, and the plan adapts.
Do we need an elf doll?
No. Wichtelmorgen is built around an elf door: a little door on the wall where the elf lives from December 1 to Christmas Eve. Nobody ever sees the elf. A small door from a toy or craft store is enough, or you can make one yourselves.
